I need Help Paying my light bill . In the last three (3) months I have had family problems such as illness. ect.. My son was shot in a Drive shooting. He is now paqralize from the waist down. I was already a sick person . I am not working because of my illness. I am 49 years old. I need Help until my sons disability can Kick in..Agin I am Askiing For your Help
